I’ve always had a passion for design, and I’ve found real joy in providing people with high-quality work that enhances their lives. 

In 2001, I decided to turn our passion for design. Together, my wife, Jamie, and I worked to build and establish Signature Landscapes and design. With a degree in horticulture and landscape design from Mizzou, I’ve spent years crafting beautiful, functional outdoor spaces that people love.

My journey started right out of school, working for Baxter Farms in landscaping design and estimating. After five years there, I moved on to work for a horticulture distributor, and then to Drury Hotels, where I designed landscapes for new and existing properties across the country—in places like Texas, Colorado, Georgia, and California.

My passion for this work comes from my beleif that everyone should be able to live in a beautiful setting that makes them want to get outside, enjoy nature, and spend quality time with loved ones. I take inspiration from the things I see in nature, always looking to bring a little more life and joy into people’s lives through my designs.

I love spending time in my own backyard with my family—cooking, hanging out, and just enjoying each other’s company. That’s the experience I want to create for others: a space where families can connect and make memories together.

Even through tough times, I’ve stuck with this work because I love what I do. It hasn’t always been easy, but my commitment to creating spaces that enhance people’s lives has never wavered. I’m always building on my past experiences, staying consistent, and finding new ways to innovate in my designs.
